Allgäu apartment

Beautiful new basement apartment (50 m²) to relax and unwind in Beuren, a suburb outside the city of Isny in the Allgäu. From here you can start a hiking tour in the Allgäu Alps or explore the Allgäu by bike. You can cool off on warm summer days at the nearby Badsee Beuren. In the apartment is a fully equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV with satellite connection and a modern bathroom with a floor-level shower. The space The house was built in 2017 and the apartment was completed at the end of 2019. From the apartment you have a view of the countryside and can especially enjoy the evening sun. The open plan living/dining area with new kitchen invites you to linger. One double bedroom and a corner sofa (no sleeping option) are available. A crib can also be provided upon request. The apartment has underfloor heating throughout and a comfort ventilation system that ensures a pleasant indoor climate. The house is supplied with geothermal heating. Most of the electricity is generated by a photovoltaic system with battery storage. A clothes horse is available for wet towels. A laundromat can be reached in a few minutes by car. We are happy to help you with tips and questions and look forward to you enjoying your time with us. The terrace and thus the grill can only be used if there is no snow. We ask you to please note this. Guest access The apartment has its own entrance, which is reached by an external staircase. You have the entire apartment, as well as the terrace area with adjoining meadow for yourselves alone. Bicycles, skis, etc. can be parked in the garage by arrangement. Free parking right in front of the house is reserved for you. Other things to note There is a small shop in the village, which is a five-minute walk away and offers fresh rolls for your delicious breakfast from Monday to Saturday. We provide you with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Coffee is also available for you. And so you don't have to spend your vacation washing dishes, we have a dishwasher in the apartment and the matching cleaning tabs too. For your shopping, the nearest supermarket is located in Isny, 5 km away. Please note that we have an animal hair allergy in the house and therefore under no circumstances can we allow guests with animals to check in.
