A small but discreet place, set in a peaceful, green location and is beachfront. Owned and managed by a British/Filipino family we are family entrepreneurs who try to bring quality to all we do. Ocean Breeze is beachfront. There are water sports, party places, serene and interesting places to visit nearby. Maranna restaurant serves meals all day and freshly brewed coffee. The beach bar is open 24/7. The space This suite is 45sqm and has 1 x large double bed and 1 x IKEA sofa bed with IKEA bedding's. The suite is bright and airy and has an AC, wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with hot water. This long stay suite has a kitchenette and cooking equipment, fridge freezer, etc. Ocean Breeze has a restaurant and bar and a commissary too. Guests can use the resort facilities which include BBQ stand, event area, private beach access, surfboard, Kayak and motor scooter for hire too. Other things to note This is a long stay suite. The minimum stay is 6 nights. Most guests stay for many months. The suite is in a modern Apartelle, very close to the beach (1 minute walk) and has views of the sea. (Ocean Breeze Resort is beachfront with our own beach bar, beach access and foreshore area). All utilities are included in the rates except for the AC. The AC is metered and charged at P17/Kwh. Guests must pay this charge at check-out.
