The space Maria Enzersdorf is located in the south of Vienna and, with its Heurigen, invites you to drink wine. At the same time, we live here on the outskirts of Vienna and also on the Vienna Forest, where you can enjoy the tranquility and the landscape. Vienna visitors have a very good connection by public transport and can take the S-Bahn to the city every 15 minutes. There are many attractions in the surrounding areas such as the Babenberg town of Mödling or Lichtenstein Castle. Guest access My guests own the entire apartment, we have our own parking space as well. There is also air conditioning for the hot summer days. Cleaning is done weekly. Your Appartement has aircondition. I enter your rooms only for cleaning once a week. Other things to note Very important: this apartment is for non-smokers only!!! From 10.00 we ask for quiet hours. Nonsmokers only!!!! Please no noise after 10p.m.
