Lake Wanaka House in Peninsula Bay

This spacious house is located in Lake Wanaka and we love the view from our place. It has an amazing lake and mountain view to be enjoyed from most rooms. You can walk to the lake or it is a short drive to get into town. Sticky Forest Mountain biking is just behind the house for those who love biking, or you can take more gentle rides around the lake front. There is plenty to do in Wanaka and over Easter there is Warbirds to also enjoy. The house is upstairs and has been hand crafted by us with many beautiful timber features and needs to be well looked after by visitors. It is set in a quiet neighbourhood. The house has three bedrooms with two bathrooms, open plan dining/kitchen, lounge area, and a rumpus room with a movie theatre screen or this acts as a separate lounge/playroom. (There is a separate apartment rented downstairs). The house can sleep up to 8 people. We have a King sized bed in one room with ensuite, four King Single beds which can be spread between 3 rooms (depending on requirements) and two mattresses on our day bed, which can be used as 2 Single beds too. This house is to be let to families or adults who are over 25 years of age. This is not a party house as there is a tenant below in the apartment. The quiet times set by the council are between 10pm and 7am.
