The Green Apartment 1 min walk from Kalamaki beach

With great zeal and respect to our guests, we created a pleasant accommodation space with all the necessary conveniences. The apartment is fully furnished with a queen size -pocket sprigs mattress- bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and satellite smart TV. It’s located 100m. away from the Kalamaki beach which is awarded with a blue flag. It’s only 5 km away from the center of Chania. Nearby the apartment, our guests can find a bus stop, mini market, a pharmacy, a pizzeria, cafés and restaurants. The space Our guests will be accommodated in a nicely decorated place with beautiful and pleasant colour combinations. The queen-size bed features an anatomic mattress with independent springs.The kitchen area is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and kettle. In the living room area, there is a sofa that can be converted into a single bed and a dinner table. Both rooms are equipped with air conditioners and TV's. In the living room there is a 43 inch smart TV set with multilanguage satellite programs, and in the bedroom a 32 inch TV. Guest access This two-room apartment is located on the semi-basement level of a three-storey building. However there is terrace and direct access to the garden. Both balcony doors are equipped with mosquito net. Other things to note ENVIROMENTAL FEE COLLECTION ----------------------------- From January 2025, the Greek state imposes on all private (non professional) hosts who rent their properties through Airbnb and other similar platforms, a "climate change fee" which from April to October amounts to €8 per room, per night. This fee is collected by the hosts either directly during the reservation made by the guests, or during the stay of the guests and is assigned to a special account at the Greek Ministry of Finance every month.
