My apartment is located in the most popular Chiba area! Very convenient access to Tokyo Disney Resort or Makuhari Messe. It takes around 25 minutes by train to Tokyo Station. And 5 minutes by walking from the nearest Moto-Yawata Station. My room is convenient for gourmet, shopping, and sightseeing! Please use the cleaning supplies and washer/dryer. ■ Prohibited activities Noise that disturbs neighbors (especially at night and early morning) Smoking indoors or around the building, or littering cigarette butts. Illegal dumping of garbage in the neighborhood Exceeding the number of guests without authorization (number of guests × 15,000 yen × number of nights charged) Damage to, breakage of, or taking away facility equipment (replacement and repair costs will be charged) Pets on the premises Accommodation of high school students or younger only If any of the above behaviors are observed, an additional fee (from 33,000 yen) will be charged.
