The space At your disposal, a living room with sofa, TV; a fitted and equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, NESPRESSO coffee machine, microwave; a bathroom with large shower, ML, two bedrooms upstairs: the first with a 140 2-seater bed, a toilet and a water point, TV, and a second bedroom with 2 90 beds (and possibility of a 3rd bed under the first two to unfold on site) TV (mostly reserved for children!). Also, for your comfort, available on site: duvets, pillows and mattress protectors; Wi-Fi speaker. New apartment combining charm and refinement. Guest access The entire apartment is usable. Only a locked closet contains the owners' personal belongings. There is also a ski room at your disposal located in the garage identified with my name "Gaëlle MAIGNAN APPARTEMENT 113". Possibility to rent a garage for €50 per week in the building. To be discussed directly with me, when the time comes... Other things to note In order to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, I'll leave you a "starter kit" for your arrival on the premises, namely: toilet paper, sponges, dishwashing liquid and LV tablets, garbage bags, coffee filters... so as not to overload your luggage. I ask you to "play the game" and leave your next guest the same level of comfort for their arrival! That is, don't use everything... and fill in the missing items before you leave; it's just a troubleshooting service! I can offer you on-site, linen rental: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases necessary for all beds; as well as dish towels and hand towels. This linen will be available upon check-in. Price: €20/large beds and €16/small beds (including towels and dish towels). The same applies for end-of-stay cleaning if you wish: €70. In any case, these services will be paid to me directly on site (this is not included in the rental price). I also leave available in the apartment all the cleaning products (so you won't have to buy them!) as well as everything you need to clean well: vacuum cleaner, broom, mop...
