Near Cawsand on The Rame Peninsula - an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. A peaceful haven but only 10 minutes walk to the beaches in the historic twin villages of Kingsand - Cawsand with several pubs and passenger ferry to The Barbican in Plymouth. Please contact us for more information about our cottages. The space Hollyhocks is a modern two storey building, offering lots of living space and 3 good sized bedrooms. The living area is an open plan living room, dining and kitchen. The kitchen has a cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle along with all the cooking equipment needed. The living room has a tv and piano. ​ One of the double bedrooms is situated on the ground floor with an en-suite shower room. There is a further double bedroom, a twin bedded room and a shower room on the first floor accessed via a spiral staircase. ​ There is a South facing covered terrace on the south end of the cottage leading to a small private garden with BBQ, picnic table and fabulous views over the rolling hills towards Rame Head. Guest access The down-stairs bedroom has level access from the outside and has a ground floor en-suite shower room. Other things to note We have 5 other cottages within the site, collectively known as Wringford Cottages and can accommodate groups up to 35 people. Bramble (Freathy) is linked to Mew Stone (Sharrow) via a walkway to the front which can be opened to access the next door bungalow which sleeps 8 guests. We have the following shared facilities on site: - a heated indoor pool. We run a booking system so each cottage can enjoy exclusive use. - tennis court rackets and balls are available to borrow. - a games room with table football, air hockey, pool and table tennis. - guest laundry situated a short distance from the property (we make a small charge for use of the machines) Please search ' Wringford Cottages' for more information
