100sqm comfort, family-friendly and top located

Our 100 m² accommodation is located in a lovely wine town south of Vienna. It has a very good public transportation to Vienna. The station to the local train is in a 5 minutes walking distance where you can change to a subway in 20 minutes in Vienna or go directly to the Vienna Opera House. Not only visitors of Vienna but also those of the Thermenregion with its health resorts (Baden), vineyards, wine taverns and castles will find our family-friendly accommodation very well located. The space The accommodation has two large bedrooms with double beds and a small room with 2 beds. In the living room there is a fireplace and a large couch corner with a pull-out double bed (160x200). The bathroom and toilet are separate. The whole apartment and the kitchen were newly furnished. In the kitchen you have an oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and dishes. A washing machine and a steam iron are also available. Pets are unfortunately not allowed. There is free parking on the street here, but please note that in Vienna there is a charge for parking on the street (1 hour costs €2.5). Guest access The entire accommodation is yours. The 2 owners live on the upper floor. Other things to note For people arriving with a car it has a huge advantage because you don't need to pay a parking fee for parking on the street unlike in Vienna. In Vienna you have to pay 2,5€ per hour for parking everywhere on the street.
