Our cozy house in the middle of the desert invites you to relax and feel good - with a breathtaking view of the sea, El Risqo and the endless expanse of the desert. It offers 3 terraces where you will always find a windless spot, a small swimming pool and a living room with a sea view. Perfect for families, surfers and paragliders or people who want to spend the winter in the warmth of their home office. The nearby Famara Beach is waiting for you! The space The Casa Abel sleeps up to 6 people and consists of a main house and an apartment in typical style lanzarotinischen, both fully equipped. The beautiful property measures 2000 square meters, there are 3 terraces, and a spacious covered pool with glass roof and sun porch. House and Apartment have a TV with digital satellite receiver. The charming Casa is comfortably furnished and has 2 bedrooms (a third bedroom is private) with a double bed and 2 single beds and if necessary, a cradle, spacious wardrobes, 1 shower rooms with toilet, 1 separate guest toilet, a large living-dining room and a kitchen. The living room and the larger of the 3 terraces lie on the north side with a wonderful panoramic view of the desert, the bay of Famara, the high cliffs and the island of La Graciosa. The other two terraces located on the south side of the house. There is also a nice little separate apartment for 2 people, with a double bed, a sofa, a small bathroom with shower and toilet and a small kitchen with washing machine. Guest access If you book for 4 guests, the house is available. For more than 4 people, we open the apartment. It is expressly not allowed to invite other guests to stay overnight without registering.
