Independent apartment located in the municipality of Atella, a village with just over 3,500 inhabitants 500 meters above sea level, characterized by a mild climate. A few kilometers away are the San Fele waterfalls, the Monticchio lakes and various castles, including the Federiciano. The accommodation is close to the city center, parks, art and culture, offering beautiful panoramic views and a variety of restaurants. The location, neighborhood, atmosphere, and outdoor spaces make this place ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with children, and large groups. You'll love it for its strategic location and the hospitality of the locals. The space Comfortable and spacious accommodation, ideal for couples and families. On the first floor, there are 2 double bedrooms and a bedroom with a single bed, all served by a shared bathroom with a bathtub. On the ground floor, there is a triple room consisting of a double bed and a single bed, connected to another room with three beds (a single bed and a bunk bed), with a shared bathroom between the two rooms. The property is appreciated for its tranquility and strategic location, close to the Duomo and the square, but at the same time far from prying eyes, making it particularly popular with young couples. In addition, the smallest room in the building is considered the nicest, adding a touch of charm to the accommodation. Guest access Guests have access to all the amenities of the accommodation, except for the kitchen, which is not available for use. Breakfast is prepared by the owners according to the needs of the guests. For lunch and/or dinner, you can go to the affiliated restaurant, where a full meal costs only €16 per person. Access to the property is from the ground floor through an armored door, followed by two flights of stairs and a small corridor. The bathroom is shared with two other rooms. During your stay The accommodation is currently only available as a bed and breakfast for guests. We owners live in the same house and are available to help guests when needed. Guests can communicate with us primarily via WhatsApp, phone, or voice chat. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Other things to note It is not allowed to use the kitchen. You eat at the affiliated restaurant for lunch and/or dinner. I would like to have confirmation of each guest's arrival at least 30 minutes in advance. Remember to leave the room keys inside at the time of check-out. Breakfast, if included, due to Covid-19, must be consumed in a nearby bar that has an agreement with us. Please ask which bar.
