There are 5 large bedrooms, 3 bath/shower rooms and a small cloakroom with wc. A large open plan kitchen/dining room with extendable dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would require for a fabulous night of entertaining with family and friends. The beautiful living room is vast and has 4 sofas, 50" tv and DVD player and WIFI throughout. There is a small courtyard and pretty roof terrace, both with table and chairs. The grand hallway is covered with paintings and has a magnificent grandfather clock, cloak stand and vintage console table and mirror. Dining room A huge bay window with window seat is perfect for looking at the sea and watching the world go by. Decorated in regency green, with beautiful furniture, there is a pretty fireplace, chandeliers, smart tv, and music station. The perfect space to spend time socialising with family and friends. Utility Room This very handy space which houses a sink, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, additional kettle and toaster, iron and ironing board. A great space to hide all the clutter after a dinner party! First floor landing Bathroom 2 Family bathroom - bath with shower over bath and screen, sink, wc, heated towel rail. There are 4 sofas, (one can be converted to a sofa bed for 2 guests), 2 large foot stalls, a large coffee table (housing bedding for the sofa bed), regency styled side tables and side board housing games, two large book cases containing various bound classics, a vast array of dvds, with a 50" flat screen smart tv and DVD player to watch them on. Virgin tv and internet provided. There are 2 bistro chairs and coffee table in the bay window to look at the beautiful views of the sea. This luxurious space is perfect to relax and recover! Perfect for getting ready with a huge mirror and dressing table. Bedroom 3 A beautiful bedroom with 2 large sash windows to see the sea. There are 2 single zip and link beds that can be converted to a double bed, and two stackable single beds which can be placed side by side to form a double if required, a large wardrobe, stunning fireplace with ornate mirror, decorated in regency pink with chandelier, regency styled dressing table and mirror and 2 bedside cabinets. Black-out blinds and curtains fitted. Third floor Bedroom 4 The largest bedroom with two large sash windows, with fabulous sea views. There are 2 zip and link beds (which can be converted to a double), 2 stackable single bed (can be joined together to form a double bed if required) and a double bed. A large wardrobe, regency styled dressing table and mirror, and 2 bedside cabinets. Three dressing tables with mirrors and hair dryers (enabling 6 guests to get ready). Decorated in regency blue with an impressive chandelier, beautiful lamps and full length mirror. There is also a 50" tv with DVD player. The windows have the benefit of blackout blinds and curtains should anyone need a lie-in! WC There is also a small cloakroom with saniflo toilet and sink. Bedroom 5 This cosy double room is accessed through bedroom 4.
