The Domu Prexada B&B offers rooms with spacious bathrooms, individual access from the terrace for your independence. An ecological vision: furniture recovery, solar panels, wastewater reuse. Being close to nature, listening to the birds swaying in the hammock, refreshing in the pool. Strategic location in the south of Sardinia, with access to the 7 Fratelli Park, 10 km to Costa Rei and Villasimius, 45 km, and 25 km to Cagliari Car essential. The space Bedroom 3 is the most refined: soft colors between purple and green, and furniture and items carefully chosen from antique shops or while traveling. The 14 m² bedroom has a double bed. The 5 m² en-suite bathroom features a multi-jet shower. A heat pump ensures good air conditioning in the room (hot and cold). Access is directly from the south-facing terrace. Breakfast can be served according to the seasons: in the kitchen or living room, or outside on the terrace in front of the house, in front of the bedroom, or in the garden under the trees. Since 2022, the recycling of water to water the garden, the solar panels and the solar thermal system demonstrate a strong commitment to eco-sustainability. If you wish to come with your dog, I reserve the right to accept your request or not. I prefer dogs who will not damage the garden and who do not sleep on the beds.
