There is an open planned kitchen (coffee machine and dishwasher) and dining area with a 10 seater dining table and this area opens out onto the front deck which has an outdoor table and views over the treed canopy to the bay. The rear has a BBQ and large spa which is fantastic for relaxing and unwinding after you have had a game of table tennis and there's even an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. With all this space it comfortably accommodates 2-3 families. There's ducted heating throughout and air conditioning units both upstairs and downstairs to make your stay comfortable at any time of year. There is a laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer. There is also free WiFi.
