Grandmother's house wonderful view!

Our Grandmother’s house is located in the peaceful village of San Lorenzo della Costa, in Santa Margherita Ligure. This bright panoramic apartment in a detached house offers stunning views over the Gulf of Tigullio. Situated on a quiet narrow road, it is ideal for families and small groups looking for a relaxing stay. The apartment is entirely at your disposal. We live on the ground floor of the same house. Close to the Via Aurelia, noise may be heard, but it remains quiet and peaceful. The space Grandmother's house wonderful view! This apartment has been the place where my parents lived and where I grew up . Inside there are lots of memories for me and some pictures will give you a glimpse on our family ... Perfect for small groups and families. It's a cosy and well equipped apartment where you can spend your Holiday. It is composed of: a private entrance with a flight of stairs to reach the apartment. a Kitchen with a breathtaking view balcony where you can relax in front of a glass of wine. A living room a bathroom with a not too big shower 70×70cm two bedrooms and an other balcony overlooking the inland of our beautiful region. Guest access You will have access to our garden which is in front of it and where you could relax and have a barbecue. Coats and sunbeds available. You may share it with us and other guests as we rent an other apartment. If you want to use it ask in advance. We love to share our space and we hope you love it too! Private car parking in front of the property. Other things to note TOURIST TAX. ALL YEAR : 4 euro per person per day to give in cash at your arrival for the first 10 days. Children under 15 years old don't pay it. At your arrival, we kindly ask you to sign up a short rental contract, where are listed all the facilities that you can find inside the apartment. An experience we really suggest you, is to RENT A PRIVATE BOAT, to enjoy the sea and our coast in complete autonomy!
