The bedroom is a very generous size and benefits from a large walk in wardrobe cupboard. On request we can provide a travel cot. And there is a well appointed bathroom behind the kitchen. Outside is a decked garden with table and chairs where in the summer months our guests can enjoy a BBQ but the real bonus of this property is that the rear gate opens onto a quiet part of Heavitree park providing huge amounts of space for children to play or to enjoy the outdoor plus a great area for those guests with pets. There’s also a hose pipe for those muddy doggies. Guest access Garden it’s yours and yours alone! Other things to note If arriving by car, please let us know as we do have a car parking permit booking system.
