Free parking in front of the house is always available. It is located in a quiet residential area 400m from the sea and 10- 15 minutes' walk from the Kotor old town. A big supermarket is a 3-minute walk from the house, and a hiking trail to Vrmac Mountain is a 5-minute walk. The House location is easy to find if you come with your own car. If you arrive by bus, you can reach us in 15 minutes' walk. A local bus station is right in front of the house, if you want to reach Perast-Risan (2€). The space -One-bedroom apartment with its own entrance on the second floor through the shared hallway with the second apartment in the house. – The apartment can host 2 people. – Bedroom with a queen-size bed (2 x 1.6m) with sateen bed sheets, wardrobe, LCD TV, cable TV. – Fully equipped kitchen with traditional oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, basic kitchenware, like pots and pans also provided. – Small dining area with table and chairs. Living area with sofas, coffee table, TV stand, LCD TV, Cable TV, air-condition. – Bathroom with shower, towels and basic toiletries provided. – Other amenities available: Two internet networks, Wi-Fi, washing machine, clothes dryer, hairdryer, iron + ironing board. Please note that the washer and dryer are located in a separate laundry room shared by 2 other apartments. Guest access The terrace is located in front of the apartment on the 2nd floor (shared with one more apartment) with a view of the old town and the mountains. The house has a garden with a beautiful view of the bay, which is the perfect place to rest and have a barbecue. The Garden is used as a common area for all the guests of the house and is equipped with chairs, sofas, tables, and Wi-Fi as well.
