Off grid, rammed earth house set on 240 acres of rolling country. Beautiful views from the house-or you can take a peaceful walk along the creek & enjoy getting close to the local flora & wildlife. The property is located only a five minute drive to the stunning Western river beach or ten minutes to the equally stunning Snellings beach. The house has a large central open plan area with well equipped kitchen, spacious dining and comfortable lounge. Four large bedrooms sleep up to eight people in two queen beds & four king single beds. Two bathrooms (one suitable for disabled access) & laundry with washer/dryer. The house is on rainwater so we would ask guests to be careful with water.
