Large AfroChic family house in Parkhurst

Charming afropolitan home in trendy, tourist friendly Parkhurst. Our home is 4 bedroom 3 bathroom with all the amenities of for a short or long stay in Jo’burg. Whether it's business or pleasure, our comfortable large lounge, well-appointed kitchen, dining room seating 10 and patio with braai is ideal for a relaxed stay. For summer we have a swimming pool with a kids friendly, easy to remove cover. In winter our house has underfloor and gas heating throughout rooms and bathrooms. The space The master bedroom features a king size, extra length bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single extra length beds, which can be combined to give one king size bed. The third bedroom has two single beds, with the second bed being pulled out from underneath the other. This bedroom is especially suited for children but the beds are adult size. The 4th bedroom is in the guest cottage with en suite bath room. The guest cottage also has a second kitchen and a private living room. All bedrooms in the main house have underfloor heating, the guest cottage bedroom has a panel heater. All bathrooms have shower and bath. The dining room features a large 10 seater table. The Patio has a braai stand (barbecue), there is two small gardens and a small pool and a double garage. There is excellent security with an electric fence, motion sensors and surveillance cameras in front of gate and garage. Guest access The guests have exclusive access to the entire house including patio and garden and exclusive use of the double garage for their cars. Other things to note We have a daily cleaning helper who is also an excellent baby sitter and cook. If you need an au pair that provides kids friendly, active excursions and entertainment, our au pair can also be arranged.
