The Loft has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, including a spacious master suite with walk-in closet, uniquely designed curved walls and ocean views in both bedrooms. Maximum occupancy is 5 adults. The Loft has access to a private garage. Guest access We have smart lock and a code will be provided. Other things to note The Loft feature new remote controlled blackout, solar combo blinds and air conditioning to add to your comfort. Each unit occupies an entire floor which limits the need to constantly climb stairs which is required in most of the modern buildings in the area. Each 1128 square foot unit has approximately 30 feet of glass sliding doors that opens to a 300 square foot balcony where you can enjoy the breeze while watching the waves of the ocean from the combined 1400 square feet of living, dining and kitchen areas. The unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, 65 inch HDTV, electric fireplace, high speed internet for your enjoyment. Both units share a fenced front yard which provides an ocean view sitting area with fire pit, BBQ, outdoor shower and Jacuzzi hot tub.
