Attic apartment almost entirely covered with antique wood and traditionally furnished, equipped with a living room with a large sofa bed and smart TV, a kitchenette equipped with the main appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator, electric oven and induction hob (microwave oven on request), a double bedroom, a balcony with breathtaking views of the valley and the Dolomites, a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and whirlpool tub. The space Our house is in a quiet location on a hill between San Martino and Santa Maddalena. From the balcony and garden you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Val Casies and the Dolomites. In the garden you can have a space dedicated to barbecue and outdoor lunches and a play area for children equipped with swing, slide, trampoline, wooden house and sand to play. You will also find deckchairs and sun loungers for everyone's comfort. Guest access All guests are allowed to use the shared laundry, for a fee, the storage room for sports equipment: skis, boots, bicycles, as well as the garden, with the possibility of barbecuing and eating outdoors and letting the children play in the small playground.
