"Acqua" Guest Suite, in a villa with swimming pool

The "Acqua" suite, an independent and renovated 30 sqm accommodation with an energy-saving system, located in Alghero in a quiet area, with a garden and swimming pool shared with the other suites, furnished with care, equipped with all amenities and Wi-Fi, to enjoy nature, the sea, all the beauty of Alghero and beyond... The villa, called "Quinta Esencia," was born from the perfect encounter of two cultures, Angel's Spanish culture and Lisa's Sardinian culture, in which we live. The space The independent "Acqua" suite, characterized by shades of blue and white, with a private outdoor space with a bench for outdoor dining, an external washing machine for exclusive use, is ideal for 2/3 people (pets are not allowed) and consists of a living area with equipped kitchenette and a full-size sofa bed, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom, described as follows: - the living area has a living room, illuminated by a large French window and obscured by curtains and openable shutters, and is equipped with a table with three chairs, two pouf containers, an LCD TV, a full-size sofa bed, a container and has a hot/cold heat pump. It is adjacent to the kitchenette. - the kitchen area has a kitchenette equipped with an oven, fridge/freezer, various cabinets with everything you need and a clothes rack. It is located in the living area, adjacent to the living room. - the double bedroom, closed by a sliding door, has a large double window with mosquito net and opening shutters, a 160×200 double bed, a 90×45 cm sliding wardrobe with container inside for storing underwear or T-shirts, two nightstands with a container for books and a bench with a basket. - the bathroom, closed by a door that opens onto the living area, is equipped with a window with mosquito net and consists of an 80×80 cm glass shower, a bidet, a toilet and a sink with a storage compartment/drawer and a mirror with shelf. Available free of charge for our guests: Household linens (towels and sheets provided upon arrival), pillows, blankets/duvet/quilt; Eco/organic products for cleaning the house, body and washing machine, eco-friendly toilet paper; Hair dryer; Kitchen utensils: dishes, cutlery, placemats, plates, glasses, breakfast cups, etc; Drying rack; Wi-Fi; Air-conditioning; Exclusive washing machine; Electricity/gas/water consumption; Use of swimming pool and garden, shared with the other three suites; Luggage storage; Private gated parking. Guest access Private and fenced parking, garden and swimming pool shared with three other suites (suites more than 10 meters apart, with separate and independent entrances). Video surveillance area. The villa, surrounded by Mediterranean scrub and olive trees, is located in a rural wine area, quiet with a paved road and adjacent to a bar/tobacco shop and other villas, a 5-minute drive from the most beautiful beaches and the sea of Alghero, as well as a 10-minute drive from the center of Alghero. Supermarkets/ice cream shops/restaurants/pizzerias/newsstands and other amenities are a 7-minute drive away. Just a 1-minute drive away is the fantastic archaeological site "the Necropolis of Anghelu Ruiu". Alghero Airport is less than a 5-minute drive away. It is advisable to have a car or motorcycle to get to the center of Alghero, its beaches, etc. Other things to note We will be happy to welcome our guests in the best possible way by offering an ideal alternative if you are a lover of nature, relaxation, good genuine food, culture and traditions and if you are looking for a place where you can disconnect from the chaos of the city, without having to give up some services nearby.
