The space Guests have access to their own private studio as well as an outdoor sitting area, with private entrance. Guests do not have access to the main house nor rear yard area, which is shown in the main image listing. Please note that the studio is OPEN PLAN with no separate bedrooms. The additional sofa bed is located within the same space as the queen/main bed. If you have booked for 2 guests, but require the sofa bed, an additional setup/linen fee will apply of $50. Please message at time of booking to confirm if required. The studio is also not licensed for full cooking facilities. There is a microwave only in the studio and lots of free public BBQs nearby. Guest access Enjoy your own separate studio with private entrance and outdoor space to use. Owners live on-site.
