Stylish boutique studio en-suit apartment

Our lovely home is in the heart of Cockermouth, a historic gem town and birthplace of William Wordsworth. A great place to explore the lake district, 20 mins from Keswick, close to the fabulous Buttermere valley. Good local restaurants & shops. Ashgrove is a Victorian terrace and our home is nestled in the middle. The room is a large attack studio apartment, airy, spacious, well lit and newly renovated & yours to discover its quirky loveliness. Its a beautiful space. The space The room is a self contained studio attic apartment on the second floor of a Victorian terrace. You have access to the sitting room, kitchen diner, utility room. We have a back yard with seating area and secure storage for bikes and outdoor kit. We have on street parking, permit available. Guest access The Top Room has a fridge, kettle with tea and coffee. The room has a 32' Smart TV. Its not connected to an arial, however, there is an HDMI cable to plug in your laptop allowing you to access your own viewing platforms. There is TV in sitting room downstairs. Crockery is left in your room to use, these can be washed in the kitchen. Happy to share the kitchen for cooking after discussion as will depend on my commitments. We have paper recycling in the kitchen opposite the fridge in the Green sac. Glass, plastic and tin recycling through the red door on the right. During your stay I will be available most of the time. However, I work full time and can only pick up messages intermittently during the working day. I will made sure alternative emergency contact numbers are available.
