The newly built apartment has a kitchen-living room entrance, with a loft, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with a loft. Private outdoor courtyard with table and chairs and umbrella, shared barbecue with the other apartments. Private parking, shared swimming pool (open from May 20 to October 6). Independent heating.
