Fully furnished with brand new furnishings, beds, couches, appliances and a fantastic stereo Other things to note Peak period from 15 December to 29 February, has a nightly tariff of $595/night with a minimum rental period of 7 days, for 8 people, and only $25 per extra person (12 total). The same tariff applies for NZ public holidays and long weekends. Outside of these dates the rate is $350/night. Cleaning costs per stay are $120 for up to 6 people or $180 for up to 12 people. Full Linen service is available @ $25 per person, available in peak season only, and notice of 1 week is required prior to arriving . If you choose not to use the linen service you will need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases and towels.
