Villa Agata, equipped with a large private garden, offers a quiet and peaceful retreat while remaining in the city. Located in the Villa Verde area, it is just 10 minutes from the historic center and 5 minutes from the S. Maria hospital. The house is spacious and cozy, with various rooms available including a large kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, and a veranda. Although breakfast service is not provided, coffee, tea, herbal teas, biscuits and rusks are always available, offered by the property. The space The 3 available rooms include a single, a double and a triple, each with a private bathroom. Guests have access to the living room, kitchen, and garden with veranda. Only the entrance and the corridor are shared with a studio apartment in the building. Guest access The spaces shown in the photos are dedicated to guests. My family resides in the same building, but in a separate apartment with an independent entrance. The property also has a studio apartment that shares the entrance with the Bed & Breakfast. Other things to note The rooms are located on the second floor, accessible via 10 steps.
