The space Fully equipped studio with kitchenette, glass-ceramic hob, microwave grill, fridge, electric coffee maker. Refurbished with a very comfortable new sofa bed and mattress. On the 2nd floor of the 3-story building, it is quiet and very sunny with views of the wooded courtyard. Rental for 3 nights minimum. Sheets, towels and tea towels provided. Basic ingredients provided: salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towels. I'm available for any advice about the city and the region. Documentation and map available. Between the Gambetta district and the Arceaux, very lively and 5 min. from the beautiful royal garden of Peyrou (book flea market on Sundays). Market 2 min away in Les Arceaux on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The heart of the city, the crest, is a 10-minute walk. All shops at the foot of the building: SPAR supermarket, bakery, café, etc. Tram line 3, Plan-Cabanes stop (2 min from the studio) is 3 stops from the train station and can take you to the sea without changing.
