NO DAY TRIPS ALLOWED. The space Our Airbnb is a private beachside getaway perfect for anyone that wants to escape the bustling city life and enjoy the sun and ocean breeze. There are three cottages, all with a queen sized beds, mosquito nets, en-suite bathrooms and large fans to keep guests cool during hot summer days. There is a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen complete with refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. We have a waterfront area as well as a rock beach filled with the local wildlife. Guest access Guests have access to the cottages, kitchen and dining area. Guests also have access to most of the property’s waterfront. There are a few signs that will notify guests about off-limit areas such as staff housing. Snorkeling, kayaking, scuba diving certification, Island hopping. Two week notice to book diving. Other things to note IMPORTANT! * Our prices are fixed, so we can’t provide discounts. * Strictly a 2 night minimum. We don’t accept reservations for overnights or day trips. * Day guests/visitors are also not permitted. * There is a long stairway down (about 200 steps) leading down to the cottages and beach area. COVID-19: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have stepped up our health and safety protocols to comply with Airbnb's new guidelines. We completely disinfect our facilities between guests and have instructed our staff members to wear the proper safety gear and to practice social distancing.   COVID-19 Requirements: While we do not generally require guests to provide documentation to prove that they are Covid-free, we do ask those who are experiencing symptoms to please stay home or cancel the booking. Water Sports and Activities: - Swimming - Snorkeling - Kayaking - Sailing * - Island Hopping * - Windsurfing * - Scuba Diving * *Subject to availability and may require additional payment   Guest-Count Policy: * Dogs and children 4 years old and under can stay for free and are not included in the guest count. * In the event that more than the paid amount of guests arrive at our property, depending on the circumstances, we reserve the right to: * Refuse the extra guests. * Refuse the entire group with no refund.    Food: * We don’t provide food, so guests must bring their own. * Our staff is available to help prepare food, but ingredients need to be provided by the guests. * The closest market is about 30 minutes away from our property. There are also supermarkets around the main highway. Please contact us if you need directions.   Transportation: * We can provide transportation to and from Metro Manila for an additional fee. Subject to the availability of our driver.   Pets: * Pets are welcome on our property!  * Please keep pets leashed until they become accustomed to their surroundings. Make sure to be in control of your pet at all times. * Please clean up after your pets as much as possible.
