The apartment is typical of the mountains and has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The space The small town of Isavarre, is located in the region of Pallars Sobirà (Lleida) in the center of the Valls d'Àneu. During your stay you can enjoy the Catalan Pyrenees, its gastronomy, its natural charms and other secrets that this environment offers. The Cobert d'en Piarró dates back to the 19th century when it was built as a haystack for the purpose of cattle care and feeding. Over time, the construction was adapted to create two rural apartments and a single-family house. Its owners, Carles and Maria, supervised that none of the original elements were replaced, preserving its original charm and respecting traditions and the environment. The cozy apartment of 50 m2 consists of an American kitchen, a living room with double sofa bed, a double master bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The evenings are peaceful year-round due to its sparse population, thus maintaining its traditional charm. Guest access The apartment has: · Kitchen equipped with fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and utensils. · Washing machine · Bath linen · Bed linen · TV Other things to note Isavarre is 1,200 m. high. Due to its geographical location at different times of the year, adverse weather phenomena such as storms and very intense rains often occur. Because of this, the electricity can be cut off for intervals of 30 minutes to 1hr, or an intermittent loss of hot water can occur. If you find yourself in one of these situations, please contact the apartment manager immediately. Another point to note is the use of the dehumidifier. The ground floor apartment requires the use of this appliance which is located in the main room. Its use is very simple, turn on during the day, and when they return to the apartment empty the water tank so that the appliance can continue with its cycle. Turn off during the night. Smoking is completely prohibited inside the apartments. (Law BOE 28/2005) Please make sure to turn off the lights in the entrance and apartment when you are away from the house. Check-in All guests over 16 years of age must provide a copy of their ID or Passport (Ministry of Interior) A €1 Tourist Tax required by the Catalan government must be paid upon arrival.
