Cozy full-equiped studio, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. You can feel sounds of the sea and enjoy the views, within walking distance to the beach (5 minutes) and Funchal city center (4 km). In a private condo with 2 swimming pools, tennis court, park free and a garden in a residential area with bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, hairdresser, shops and táxi stands nearby. Bus stop (bus to the center, also airbus and the sightseeing bus) is just outside the door. The space In addition to being very well equipped for 2 people, the apartment, in a 7th floor, has breathtaking views and it is located in a privileged place of Funchal. It is an open space with all commodities and the furniture is arranged so as to allow the privacy of the sleeping area. It was foreseen that guests would like to cook some of their meals; so there was a concern to adequately equip the space. Thus, crockery and cutlery are available in more than enough for 2 guests. Some pots and frying pans complete this cooking possibility. The toilet is complete with a large shower area. The curtains, completed with blackout, completely darken the space, allowing a peaceful sleep; when they are open, given the good size of the windows, allow light and sun to enter If you stay more than 10 days, we offer a weekly cleaning of the apartment, including the change of sheets and towels. The balcony has a privileged view, thus contributing to a calm and relaxed holiday. Noise doesn´t reach the apartment. Guest access In addition to the apartment, guests have access to the swimming pool (open all the year), the tennis court and the garden. There is also a room on the second floor with containers for normal and selected garbage. It is possible to park a car (free) inside the condominium. This is a good facility because the car parks outside the building are all paid. Keys for these accesses are available in the apartment. Other things to note If you want to go to the swimming-pool or just relax in the sun you can always do it throughout the year, given the mild climate of Madeira.
