The 70 sqm. apartment is located near our orchard in a beautiful, quiet area. The beautiful nature with the forest and Helderberg in the background guarantee a relaxing stay. The apartment is perfect for families or for guests who would like spacious accommodation. There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The open plan kitchen is next to the spacious lounge with a sliding door that opens onto a private, secluded patio with a Weber BBQ. Free Wi-Fi & DSTV. The space The accommodation is on a peaceful country estate in Somerset West. Situated on the border of Stellenbosch within a tranquil and secure setting. The accommodation lies on the slopes of the Helderberg Mountain with sweeping views of the sea, mountains and vineyards. The accommodation is the perfect base to explore the countless attractions the Western Cape has to offer. There is a master bedroom and a smaller bedroom. The smaller bedroom has 2 single beds. Although the apartment can accommodate 4 guests, the smaller bedroom is more suitable for 2 children then for 2 adults. The pool and the sunbeds on the lawn are around 50 meters away. The pool is shared with other guests. Guest access You can park on the general parking area. Feel free to go for a walk in the garden and enjoy the pool (shared with other guests). Entrance to the main house is reserved to guests that are joining for breakfast (optional extra at R125 per person and please give 1 day notice) or guests that are making use of the bar. Other things to note We cherish the serenity at the property. Please note that playing music outside is not allowed and any noise is limited after 21h00. You are welcome to enjoy your own drinks in your accommodation. Having drinks in the public areas is not allowed. We do not allow parties. Your fellow guests will appreciate it.
