Whether you choose to enjoy them separately or gather in one of their spacious outdoor areas, Apanema Villas provides the perfect setting for both privacy and connection. The villas are situated just above the new port, only 2.8 km from Mykonos Town and 4.7 km from the airport. Restaurants and a supermarket are just a 3-minute drive away. Apanema I is a beautifully renovated, airy home with a refreshing design, laid out on two levels. On the ground floor, it features a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and private terrace, as well as a guest WC. A generous outdoor space with a circular swimming pool, sun loungers, and a shaded lounge and dining area offers stunning views over Mykonos Town and the sea. An additional lounge area in the front yard provides yet another inviting spot to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. On the lower level are two additional double bedrooms with private bathrooms, a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a charming independent guest room with its own en-suite — perfect for accommodating extra visitors. Guest access GUEST ACCESS Guests are welcome to enjoy all areas of the property, both indoors and outdoors, as outlined in the description. Prior to your arrival, we will send you the exact location pin and the access code for our key-free smart locks to ensure a smooth and easy arrival at the property. GETTING AROUND We recommend that guests rent a car to ensure a more comfortable and flexible stay. Public transportation is only available in Mykonos Town, which is approximately a 20-minute walk from the property. Depending on your needs, you may choose to rent one or more vehicles. There is convenient parking just outside the house, with space for two medium-sized cars, plus one additional spot that can easily accommodate a larger vehicle, such as a jeep. Alternatively, you may arrange on-call or pre-booked transfer services with vans. If you prefer, the I-move app also offers both immediate and scheduled taxi service.
