Brookfield Breakaway

Welcome to our Brookfield Breakaway. We live in a single story house at the end of a ROW. Parking for one car on site with off street parking if required. we are a 7min drive to Tauranga Central, a 15min to the Mount. Our property borders the Carmichael Reserve Wetland area with multiple walking/biking tracks. The space You will be sharing the house with myself Sue and husband Terry and our dog Max. You have a guest lounge, WIFI, a smart TV, a guest fridge, complimentary tea/coffee and milk. There is a microwave, cutlery/crockery, and glasses for guests along with dinner trays and a small table for eating or working on a laptop. (Its folded up under the couch) There is one onsite car park for guests (follow arrival details). You will have exclusive use of a bathroom and toilet with shampoo/body wash, hairdryer and towels for all. Guest access Use the front door to come and go - key provided. The main house lounge, kitchen, and dining room and master bedroom are off-limits to guests. During your stay We will be around and happy to interact with guests and be available for any questions/issues however contact by phone call/text may be the easiest. Other things to note Bookings to be made before 6 pm on any night. Check-in is after 2 pm however if a Saturday then please be aware we play sport and may not be available to meet guests until after 5.30 pm.
