Cabin is off grid with gas lights and gas stove. Water is supplied by spring to cabin by gravity feed. There is an outdoor shower heated by gas. Clean and private toilet is an outhouse nearby. Appalachian trail is within 1/2 mile by way of East B Hill Rd.. ATV trails are close. Firewood, linens, and full kitchen amenities are supplied. Simply charming! The space This cabin offers very close proximity to Appalachian Trail , waterfalls. Cabin is approximately 8 miles from Andover town center and 10 miles from Umbagog lake state park. There is no wifi or cell service. A clean outhouse is used for the toilet . there is a hot outdoor shower gravity fed from a nearby spring. Guest access Entire cabin is for the guests use during their stay. Other things to note No discharge of firearms or fireworks on property. Fire is permitted only in designated fire pit. Running water and shower is available only when temperatures remain above freezing which usually begins in May and ends in mid October.
