The venue is a 15th century palazzo located in a medieval pedestrian village, perfect for workshops family reunions, group holidays. The space La Torretta is located in the heart of Casperia, which is a 1000 year old village with charming streets and alleyways made of steps, so the visitor is immediately immersed in the peace and tranquility of an urban space where the local people mixed with internationals residents live, work and shop, without the noise and pollution of traffic. The House dates back to the 15th century and once belonged to a noble family, during the restoration, which was overseen by the owners Maureen and Roberto and architect, original frescoes dating back to that period, were discovered and restored. The elegant ambience, features a large stone fireplace, exposed chestnut beams, a mix of antique, classic and modern furniture. An outdoor terrace with stunning views of terra cotta rooftops and the olive clad Sabine hills. The comfortable sitting room space is large enough to meet for critiques, and the large dinning room on the upper floor is open and light with views from every window. There are 6 en suite bedrooms some of which can be twin or triple or families sleeping 15 comfortably. The open plan kitchen, with Carrara marble surphaces, is a dream for preparing meals for a family reunion or a group of friends. The visitor can enjoy not only the house but the whole village, which offers an ideal scenario for painters or photographers and writers . La Torretta, just one hour from Rome but a world away is an ideal venue for workshops or small group events . Many activities can be arrange during your stay such cooking holidays, walking and climbing , ciycling the Sabine Hills, or a place to spend a relaxing holiday with friends with easy access to historic cities like Rome, Florence, Orvieto and northern LAZIO.
