A newly renovated studio apartment located on Shoreditch High Street in vibrant Shoreditch filled with colourful bars and restaurants amongst art spaces and active graffiti scene. Free wifi, 1 towel per guest and linen are included. Shoreditch is lively at night so street noise is to be expected but you are situated in the heart of the action with plenty to offer right on your doorstep! The space The apartment is completely private a bed, a bathroom, TV, free wifi and fully functional kitchen that comes complete with oven, stove top, fridge kettle, toaster, pots & pans, glassware, crockery and cutlery. This apartment is comfortable for a couple, but can sleep a small family or groups of 4 using the double sofa bed. Please note: Infants must be included as a child when you are searching/booking as we charge per person regardless of age. In an attempt to limit our carbon footprint we provide: - 1 towel per guest - 1 Toilet paper provided but not replenished - 1 Double duvet per bed/sofa bed only Guest access The apartment is located on Shoreditch High st on the 2nd Floor with lift access. During your stay you will have access to the entire apartment and you can come and go as you please. Other things to note **COVID/Stay Restrictions** If you make a reservation, then restrictions force you to abandon your stay, our Cancellation Policy remains as advertised. This is also supported by Airbnb's T&C's. If you receive a positive COVID test we suggest you immediately cancel your reservation and submit your proof to Airbnb. As per the government guidelines we will continue to stay open for guests who have determined that they have a justified reason for short term accommodation. If you have booked for any other reason and you cannot fulfil your stay, it will be the guests responsibility to process the cancellation. ** CHRISTMAS BOOKINGS: ** Guests who wish to check in on Christmas Day will also need to book Christmas Eve (24th of December). Self check-in will then be made possible for Christmas Day. We consider infants to be guests, so they must be classified as children on the reservation. 4 Guests is the maximum limit (including infants). FAQ - I get these questions on a regular basis... A- Yes anytime after 3pm, however we may not be able to assist you after 12am midnight. Q - What Time is Check Out? A - 11:00 am - £50 penalty applies for late check outs Q - Can I Check out late? A - No, Sorry Q- Is it completely Private A- Yes Q - Do I have the whole apartment? A - Yes Q - Can i have 4 single beds, i don't wont to share. A - No, What you see is what you get. Q - Can i have 4 single duvets, i don't want to share. A - No, What you see is what you get. We provided only double duvets for the double beds. Q - Where are you then? A - We live 10 minutes away Q- Are you situated near the city A- Yes, we are situated in ZONE 1 which is the centre of the city. Near Tower of London, St Pauls etc. This is the City Centre officially. However, we are in the East End, NOT the West End as most tourists think (Covent Garden, Soho, Oxford st). It is still zone 1 but you will have to catch a short train or bus ride to the West End. Q - What is the closest Transport A - OVERGROUND - Shoreditch High Street Station or Hoxton Station UNDERGROUND/TUBE - Liverpool St Station OR Old St Station BUS #243, #55 a few steps away, takes you into Oxford Circus Q - Is there parking? A - We don't have a private car spot for you. Q - Can my friend check in for me? A - Unless previously agreed by us, a guest must present hardcopy, photo ID of the person who made the booking. If this cannot be shown by the guest, we may not allow you to check in. Prior to arrival, guests may also be asked to change their profile picture to one that clearly shows their face.
