A bedroom in a my private flat. Nice neighbourhood

I am looking for guests to use a bedroom in my flat. The space Please read this description till the end for us to accept your reservation. The bedroom that you see in the pictures has been specifically prepared for guests. Therefore, we don't have any belongings in it. You will find it empty, when you arrive. There is a very tiny balcony facing the back of the building; but YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO SMOKE THERE. As you can see on the pictures, the guest room has a coded door lock. It cannot be opened from the outside, by someone who doesn't know the code. You will be given a set of keys for the main entrance door. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, an oven and an induction cook-top. Therefore, you are welcome to use all of it, as long as you clean after yourself. We are very easy going. We enjoy meeting new people; and don't mind moderate noise. However, you won't be allowed to host parties or play very loud music specially after 6pm, as we would need to respect the neighbourhood. We also have a small pet parrot who lives in our bedroom with us. He doesn’t make any noise at night, as he goes to sleep when the rooms are dark. You will hear constant bird chirps, whistles and sometimes loud screams during the day, when he is trying to get attention. So please book, ONLY if you don’t mind bird noises during day time. We also have a baby girl who is 3 months old as of this writing (October 2025). She cries in the evening before going to sleep, but not at night. Although the guests bedroom is further away from our bedroom, her cries can be heard a little bit from the guests bedroom. So please book, ONLY if you don’t mind baby noises in the evening. Additional notes: 1. We can only provide one towel per person per week. 2. We don't provide food. 3. We can only accept up to two guests, who don't mind sleeping on the same bed. The room is ideal for a couple. 4. Guests can only sleep in the guests bedroom. We don't allow sleeping in the living room, as it is a room shared by all of us. 5. We expect guests to flush the toilet properly, and leave the toilet as they found it after using it. 6. Our flat is strictly for people who don't smoke. No smoking inside; no smoking at the balcony; no smoking outside the door. If you really have to smoke, please go to the street. 7. Guests are not allowed to use our address for mail or delivery, other than fast food delivery!! 8. We expect guests to leave their shoes at the entrance. We will only accept reservations from people who confirm that they have read everything and are happy with the description and the rules. During your stay I am a professional engineer, who normally works from home most days. My wife and I are available to help our guests during their stay.
