Cozy 40 m² house, carefully decorated and very well equipped, located in a quiet vacation complex with a heated pool 🏊‍♂️, a wading pool, and a terrace with unobstructed views of the lake 🌅 Monflanquin is ranked among the most beautiful villages in France, in the heart of a region rich in castles, medieval bastides, and caves to visit 🏰 Nearby, you can enjoy many activities: golf, kayaking, hiking or horseback riding, as well as fishing ⛳🧗‍♂️🛶 The space On the ground floor you will find a living room dining area with open kitchen equipped with: fridge-freezer, microwave with oven function, dishwasher, as well as a large flat screen TV with Chromecast and dedicated 4G wifi (about 16 Mbps) 📺📶. A toilet completes the level. ​ Upstairs, a master bedroom with a double bed of 140 cm (possibility to install a cot) and a children's bedroom with a bunk bed of 90 x 190 cm comfortably accommodate the family. Bathroom with shower and a second toilet are also upstairs.
