Retreat- pool/hot tub/bikes/ close to town.

Our sleep out has been refurbished to a high standard with quality linens and locally made products. It is located in the back garden of our art deco home, with use of the hot tub and swimming pool (not heated). Close by are the delights of Napier including wineries, cafes, restaurants and art deco architecture. Push bikes are available for your use with Napier town centre 1.6km . There are no cooking facilities but a basic breakfast is provided. The space We are delighted to be able to offer you use of our pool, hot tub, and beauty therapy treatments. Also included is a new style basic breakfast which is in the grey box on the coffee table and in the fridge. Please note there are no cooking facilities. ( including no microwave or toadyer). Adults only airbnb. We do have CHROMECAST. Guest access Back garden, pool area ( any time but not heated) and hot tub (after 7pm). You are welcome to do ' Hydro Contrast Therapy' during winter months after 7pm, plunge into the pool, then relax in the hot tub! Parking is free on roadside outside the house, or our driveway close to garage door. Please note that there are no cooking facilities ( including no toaster or microwave) at this airbnb. Other things to note There is a basic breakfast available in your room. As i work from home it maybe that i am unable to answer the door on your arrival, therefore i ask that an estimate arrival time is given so that i can let you know how to let yourself in if im busy. Once im available i will of course introduce myself and check that all is perfect for your stay. Please be aware there are no cooking facilities at all! However there is a kettle and fridge. We are an adult only airbnb. You are welcome to park in our driveway close to the garage door . FOR TRANSPARENCY: PLEASE NOTE THAT THE NEW ZEALAND GOVERNMENT ARE INTRODUCING AN 'APP TAX' WHICH INCLUDES AIRBNB. THEY WILL BE ADDING 15% TO THE PRICE AS FROM 1ST APRIL 2024.
