This facility has a certificate of private accommodation facility approved by the Ministry of Tourism. 19.07.2024 /35-1896 This private one-story house reflects its traditional housing built by the Tatars who migrated from Crimea at the beginning of the century. The house has been restored for the stay, reflecting the details. The house has a terrace where you can sit and work with the view of the bay of Izmir and the city of Izmir. The house is just a 5-minute walk from the beach, Konak Square, Clock Tower and the historic bazaar. The space Our neighborhood, often called 'Varyant' by the locals, is part of the historic old city. Our neighbourhood is situated on a small hill which dominates the city of Izmir and is famous for its magnificent sea and city views. Despite this close proximity to the city centre, it gives a small village feel. There are no busy roads in the area, very little traffic. There are usually one or two-story houses and small streets. In recent years, the old Izmir houses in our neighborhood have been restored and the area is gradually gaining its historical identity. You can enjoy our breakfast service and sip your morning coffee on the terrace floor of Büyük Konak on the terrace floor of Büyük Konak, which is located on two streets of Iconic Stone Houses. Our terrace floor, which we serve as a cocktail bar between 7pm and 11pm in the evening, provides a unique experience for all our guests. You will definitely experience something special in our neighborhood and yet you will be in the heart of the city. Guest access We have three independent houses side by side at this location. The houses have a shared sea view terrace and spacious shared garden. Our guests staying in one of the houses can use the terrace and the garden. If you wish, you can take advantage of our paid breakfast service on the terrace floor of our other mansion (Büyük Konak) from 8am to 10.30 pm, and you can enjoy the sunset at our cocktail bar, which is open for service between 19.00-23.00 pm. • Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly forbidden to check in to our cocktail bar. • Check-ins are booked, please reach out to us to create a reservation. Other things to note The area where the houses are located, called Varyant, consists of hilly roads. But next to the homes, there are free, secure parking areas where you can park your vehicle. Our beautiful garden, equipped with flowering trees, is animal friendly. You can see many street cats and dogs in this area as you can see everywhere in Turkey and especially in Izmir.
