"THE VIEWPOINT OF ROBLEDILLO" A house nestled in the Sierra de Gata, the result of the renovation of a typical house of traditional Extremadura architecture, taking advantage of all the materials recovered from the original room (adobe, beams, tiles, slate...). The Junta de Extremadura has awarded it the 4-STAR CATEGORY. The space It is a full rental house, that is, it is not shared with anyone. It can be booked for 4 or more people. House 4 (4,6,8,10 or 12 people) Ground Floor: living room with double sofa bed Middle Floor: 1 double room + 1 extra bed 1 double room +1 extra bed Upper floor: 1 double room + 1 extra bed 1 double room +1 extra bed All rooms have a bathroom, TV, air conditioning and heating. The rooms are very spacious and the distribution of the extra beds could be modified according to needs. The living-dining-kitchen room is spacious and very cozy thanks to its FIREPLACE. Another of the rooms is dedicated to the library and game room. A highlight of the house is its PATIO with BARBECUE, ideal for groups or families with children. From here there are beautiful views of the Sierra and the Arrago Valley. The lower part of the house is occupied by a typical WINERY dug into the rock, very common in this area, where the genuine "Pitarra" wine matured. Of special importance is the RIVER and NATURAL POOL just 200 meters from the house, with a picnic area and recreational areas, ideal for cooling off in summer. Other things to note Pets are allowed on request with surcharge of €10/night per pet. Unlimited firewood for €7/night.
