Villa Mariva is a beautiful family house situated on the hills above Opatija in a peaceful small place Rukavac. Located 300 meters above sea level, the villa offers a magical view over the islands of Krk and Cres, province capital of Rijeka, National Park Risnjak and Ucka Nature Park right in the hinterland. Whilst you will find the cleanest air and absolute stillness here, it only takes 10 minutes by car to get to the center of Opatija and one of the most beautiful beaches of the Adriatic Sea The space POOL Apartment is located at the ground level with its terrace connected to swimming pool. The size of this apartment is 54 square meters and is suitable to host 4(+2) guests in 2 bedrooms. The living room offers much space. There is a sitting are, TV and the dining table for up to 6 persons. The fully equipped kitchen includes, refrigerator, oven, cooker, a dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave and all other necessary kitchenware. The bathroom includes a washing machine. There is an iron and ironing board etc. This apartment is accessible for people with limited mobility. Guest access The three floors Villa Mariva offers three apartments for rent, each with a private entrance and terrace with a view at sea, offering you full privacy. All apartments are fully equipped and the inside use is solely for the quest of the apartment. You can use facilities outside your apartment (swimming pool, loungers, pool table, darts board, table tennis, basket, BBQ ant many others) free of charge. Please note that those facilities are offered to all quest of Villa Mariva under “fair use” policy.
