Welcome to the Alpinum Residence Lungau! Look forward to our modern and cozy apartment with 2 bedrooms and a private garden – quietly located on the outskirts of Tamsweg, yet only a few minutes by foot from the town center. Restaurants, shops and the (ski)bus stop are all within walking distance. The ski resorts of Obertauern, Katschberg-Aineck and Großeck-Speiereck are also within easy reach. Free parking: 1 underground parking space and 1 outdoor parking space. The space A lovingly and stylishly furnished apartment for up to 5 people awaits you in a space of 70 m². Two bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area with a leather sofa and dining table, a well-equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, separate toilet, and a storage room with a washing machine offer everything you need for a relaxing stay. A particularly nice feature: The living area opens directly onto the private garden with a covered terrace and seating area. Another garden area with a large table, seating and sun loungers is also available to you in the summer season. The little things have also been taken care of: WiFi, a Smart TV, an internet radio, books and games are provided, as are made-up beds, hand towels, bath towels, bath mats and kitchen towels. A small starter pack awaits you upon arrival. Families are welcome. Children's dishes and a highchair are provided. I am happy to provide a baby highchair and bed rail on request. There is also a small children's playground on the quiet back side of the complex. For winter sports enthusiasts and cyclists, there is a heated and lockable ski and bike room for common use. If you have any questions or requests, I am happy to be available and would be glad if you feel comfortable in the apartment right from the start. Other things to note Location, surroundings & little extras Our apartment is located in a quiet spot on the outskirts of Tamsweg and is a great base for exploring the Salzburg Lungau region. Hiking and cycling trails start right outside the front door. The town center, with its cafés, restaurants, shops, bakery and (ski)bus stop, is within easy walking distance. The Preber, with the idyllic Prebersee, is just a few kilometers away. In summer, the lake and mountain beckon you to go hiking and swimming, while in winter, the Preber is a popular destination for ski touring and cross-country skiing. The Aineck-Katschberg, Fanningberg, Großeck-Speiereck and Obertauern ski resorts are within easy reach. The Turracher Höhe and the Kreischberg are also about 30 minutes away. You will also find winter hiking trails nearby. Two free, reserved parking spaces are available for your arrival – one outdoor parking space and one parking space in the underground garage. Please note the maximum garage height of 2.00 m. There is a private EV charging station at the underground parking space, which you can use for a fee.
