The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower & daylight, in addition there is a separate toilet. 🛋 Living area & kitchen The living area is equipped with a comfortable leather sofa, smart TV, books and games. The fully equipped kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee machine (Tchibo cups & filter coffee). The dining area offers enough space for all guests. The living area leads directly onto the terrace – ideal for relaxing after an active day. 👶 For families For families, a high chair, bed guard and children's dishes are available. A small playground is right behind the complex, perfect for the little ones. 🚗 Extras, comfort & parking The apartment is equipped with wooden floors or tiles. Two free and reserved parking spaces are available: A parking space in the underground garage with a wallbox and a parking space directly at the entrance.
