There are 3 bedrooms and family bathroom on the mid level, as well as a side deck with couches, outdoor dining and Bbq. The laundry with washing machine and dryer is also on this level. Upstairs is open plan living/dining/kitchen and large entertaining balcony. The kitchen has an island bench with 4 stools, all modern appliances including microwave and coffee machine. Dining table seats 8 - 10 guests. The main living area comes with couches and chairs , an air couch, wall mounted Smart TV  and Bose sound system. This open plan area opens onto new balcony/deck with comfortable lounges, couches and chairs, with 2 installed umbrellas to offer shade from the sun.
