The apartment was renovated and newly furnished in 2019, and we renovated the bathroom and kitchen in the summer of 2021. In 2025, a partial renovation was carried out again. Electricity is now generated via solar and the heating is provided by a modern heat pump. It is a basement apartment in our residential building, which is completely independent (own entrance to the apartment). The apartment has a large living room and bedroom, a kitchen with dining table and a bathroom with shower. The space The large living/sleeping area has a desk with computer, flat-screen TV with Amazon Fire TV stick and a HiFi system to which a playback device can be connected via a standard connection (jack). Guest access The apartment is completely at our guests' disposal. There is no room within the apartment that is not available to our guests.
