Laundry room where the pool loungers, washing machine and laundry area are stored. Large 50-square-meter living-dining room with access to the two terraces through large windows. A bedroom that is accessed from the hall with two 90cm beds with an en-suite bathroom and a terrace overlooking the ocean. A second bedroom, somewhat smaller than the previous one, which is accessed from the living room with two 90cm beds. And a third bedroom, this is the largest, which is accessed from the living room with a 150cm bed, en-suite bathroom, dressing room and access to one of the terraces. Hot water is communal so it is always available. There is Air conditioning throughout the condo. A parking space is included in the building's basement with an electric vehicle charging station (Cost €30/week). From the common areas where the gardens and pool are located, you can access stairs that go down to the beach. The pool is open from June 15 to September 15.
