The space Apartment 16 This bright, modern furnished 3-room apartment with sea view has a generous 93 sqm living space and is located on the 2nd floor of the house. An approx. 14 m ² furnished south-east balcony invites you to linger and relax and offers unobstructed views of the endless expanse of the Baltic Sea. In the modern, light-flooded living room, high quality and exclusivity are in the foreground. The facility leaves nothing to be desired. A flat screen TV, a music system with radio, Bluetooth interface and USB connection as well as a free Wi-Fi connection are provided. The kitchenette, harmoniously integrated into the living room, has modern built-in appliances and is equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, a fridge and freezer, and an extractor to the outside. Coffee maker, kettle, toaster and various small equipment complete the functional furnishings. A spacious dining area sleeps 4 people. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide an unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea and offer convenient access to the balcony. One bedroom is equipped with a 1.80 x 2.00 m double bed, a TV and sufficient storage space for your vacation wardrobe. Access to the balcony and the view from the bed and the view of the Baltic Sea are also the highlight in this room. The second bedroom has two single beds 0.90 m x 2.00 m and another TV.   The bathroom has an open 0.90 x 2.00 m walk-in shower, a bathtub and a sink. One separate guest toilet included Hair dryer is also available. A parking space (No. 5) is located in the underground car park, from where you can comfortably reach the apartment directly by elevator directly to the entrance door. The communal sauna available in Villa Seeblick can also be reached via the underground car park. A washing machine and a tumble dryer as well as 2 bicycles are ready for you. The non-smoking apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating and a modern ventilation system and offers sufficient space for 1-4 people. The house separates only the promenade from the beach.
