The house of light! With a pool July and August

Cozy two-bedroom home overlooking La Pedriza and La Maliciosa, lovingly decorated in a modern rustic style with Mozarabic touches. Located in a quiet residential development with an adult pool, a children's pool and a garden area, open in July and August. You will find free sports facilities just 50 m away. An ideal setting to enjoy hiking, climbing, sports, or just relaxing. The space This is a house nestled in the heart of the Guadarrama Regional Park, on the third and last floor in a small and quiet residential development with a pool area with a lifeguard for adults, a children's pool and two garden areas open in July and August and sports facilities open all year round 50 meters away. The house was renovated in 2018 and decorated with rustic and Mozarabic-style wooden walls. There is no barbecue. Guest access Upon entering you find yourself in a hallway that leads to the bathroom and toilet and the fully equipped kitchen on the left, and the bedroom area on the right. Of the two bedrooms, the main one, 20 m2, is equipped with a king size bed with a wooden headboard of Mozarabic inspiration and a seating area with a double sofa bed and two windows overlooking La Pedriza. There is also a guitar to enjoy your stay ;). It's definitely the star room of the house. The secondary bedroom is equipped with a double bed and also overlooks La Pedriza. At the back there is a large 40 m2 dining room equipped with a piano, library, large TV with Netflix and DVD and a large four-leaf window overlooking the mountains. We have two single extra beds and an inflatable double bed (in addition to the same sofa in the living room) that can be placed in the living room or some in room 1, in case the reservation is for friends who want to sleep in separate beds. The kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, horizontal toaster, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, and full kitchenware. The shower is a bathtub and in it you will find water with enough pressure and temperature to relax. Of course, remember to balance the hot water and the cold water well. Both bathrooms come complete with hair dryer, hand soap, gel and shampoo. Other things to note The house is in the tallest building in the village and has lots of light and mountain views on both sides. In the building there is only one house per floor, so there are only two other neighbors and the house is on the third and last floor, although the first is rather a mezzanine. The staircase is easy. The estate does not have an elevator. In the mountains there is a breeze and it's cool at night, but the house still has air conditioning in the living room to cool the house. The kitchen has a canopy in case of very hot days. There is also a ceiling fan in room 2, and there are two other standing fans for the other rooms.
