The holidayhaouse "Molène" is one of two brandnew seasonal furnished accomodations at 300, rue du port in Moguériec / Sibiril. Full foot on about 65 m2, facing south with a wooden terrace of 25 squaremeters, a large bay window, it is spacious, clear and quiet at only 200 m from the costal footpath GR 34, the port,the beach of Théven ...lovely walks are possibel direction Plouescat or Roscoff. Please be aware of our conditions and services under "other informations" (very buttom) The space Full foot on 65 m2, facing south with a wooden terrace of 25 m2, the apartment is spacious, bright thanks to the large sliding bay that allows easy and quick access to the sheltered terrace. The 2 bedrooms are located in the back (North), one with a double bed 160, the other with 3 single beds of which two can form a 2. double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a 90 x 90 shower, a double sink and a suspended toilet. The living room has a corner sofas/ coffee table with flat screen color TV, a stove in winter, a large dining table in front of the bay, ambient lighting...andlast but not least the kitchen equipped with everything, including a dishwasher and washing machine, electric oven, fridge/ freezer, cutlery for 12 people...2 bedrooms in the back, one with double bed 160, the other with 3 single beds two of which can form a 2. double bed, living room, kitchen equipped with everything. Tha house has beeen controlled by the local tourism services and got 3 of 5 possibel stars. Guest access We try to welcome ou guests at any time. When this is realy not possible, they can get in with a code for the entrance door. That can be arranged just before arrival. Public Parking facilities are in the front of the house. ! Other things to note The tail-end: After having tried different options in the last few years, we now do only the cleaning of departure ourselves . The cleaning fee is not included in your payment paid online and is to be paid on the day of arrival in cash or by postal check...( the rates change according to the number of people and the duration of the stay, read below.) Bed linen (bedspreads including fitted sheets, pillowcase, duvet cover . with towels ( 1 to 2/pers. depending on length of stay) and kitchen towels are provided free of charge from stays of 4 nights. For stays of up to 3 nights on site, we provide for 7€/ pers. the package... However, if you want to bring your own linen, please let us know in time via AirBnB messages or sms. We use pillows 60 x 60 and duvets 90 x 190 cm. We ask you to pay the linen package with the cleaning. Without any information from your side we consider that you bring your own bedlinen and towels for short stays from 1 to 3 nights. Breakfast can be served at your request. It will then be brought to you at the agreed time on a large tray in your accommodation. It is a very full breakfast (fresh bread, orange juice, boiled egg, jams, honey, cheese, cereal on demand, coffee and/or tea ...count €9.50/ person please. Visitors: If you invite visitors, we would like to be informed before. If the visitors stay over the night, please provide 16 € / personne / night. Make sure that they have bedlinen, otherwise ask us. The basic price for the house is for 2 adultes but it has sleeping possibilities for 5 persons. Thank's ! A small dog ( genus, york shire, dachshund or small poodle or cat are allowed, provide however a cleaning supplement for dog from stays of 2 nights of 15 €. Pets should however not enter the bedrooms, not jump on the sofas or stay allone in the loation...there are possibilities of walks at the exit of the property... You will find on your arrival a "guide" file with a lot of information , brochures made available by the tourist office, opening hours of bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants and so on.... and a small-scale detailed map (1:25,000) that you can use for walks or cycling tours Bicycles can be rented by day or week at an affordable price. We can direct you or buy organic products from the area. If you need groceries, we can, depending on our availability and our common organization, buy them and bring them to you.. it avoids too much travel and the need for a vehicle. electric vehicle load: possible on-site load, remuneration to be seen according to the number of loads performed parking: free possibility of 2 parking spaces ( 1 per dwelling) on the property, otherwise free on the street Children and baby equipment: we will quickly equip ourselves with an umbrella bed with blanket etc, foldable long table, high chairs and a bathtub for babies. Provision of bicycles: We have 5 new bikes on site, including 2 28-inch man bikes that can be equipped with a child/baby seat with helmets. The rental rates are: €18/ day/ bike 35 € / 3 days/ bike €60/ week/ bike child seat and helmet are free use of the swimming pool: the swimming pool (depth 1.20 m, 40m2 of surface) is well accessible during the day between 08 am and 07.00pm to our guests and their children. The parents of the little ones are asked for vigilant monitoring and good supervision. The pool area is enclosed and offers sun loungers and foldable chairs. Please do not skip...same rules as in public swimming pools, do not smoke and/or drink alcohol, no parties in the evening around the pool. For towels a line of linen is available, please do not dry them in the housing.. and then.. Enjoy it well, it is here for ca.
